Cyrious provides the business software package for managing the operations within your business. This article will provide you with the information you need to access Cyrious SMS Cloud. As with most things in the cloud, it is now much easier and more seamless to access SMS online without the need for servers, backups, or other specific server and networking requirements.

You will need the information below to access Cyrious SMS. Cyrious will also have the information if needed.

What is My Username and Password?

With Cyrious Cloud you are provided with 2 user accounts to access SMS simultaneously. If you are interested in adding more users as you add more employees, shoot us an email at mailto:supportcyrious.com for more information.

User Name: cyrious\CyrXXXXX-01

Password: ZZZZZZZZZ

User #2

User Name: cyrious\CyrXXXXX-02

Password: ZZZZZZZZZ

How Do I Login?

  1. To log in to SMS, open an internet browser and go to: https://cloud.cyrious.com
  2. Click on Connect to Cyrious Cloud.

  1. You will then see a login screen. Enter your username and password from above and click Sign In.

  1. Once connected, you will see a list of programs you can open.

  1. Click on SMS to launch the SMS Cloud application.

The app requires a small download. Depending on your browser, you may see different screens. Cyrious recommends you set your browser to __automatically open these file types__ (so you don't have to click to run it every time).

  1. If you have any questions, look for the Chat window at the bottom of the web page. This is the fastest way to get assistance for your questions/issues on Cyrious Cloud.
