After rebooting the SMS server, SMS hangs when launching. The splash screen is stuck on “Initializing SMS”

The cause is unknown at this time. However, the SSLIP does appear to be locked up and un-responsive when this happens.

Change the SSLIP shortcut located in the startup folder to Run as Administrator and in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP3.

Note: If the above solution results in the SSLIP not starting at all, try turning UAC to it's lowest level (off) and reboot the PC.
